How many days does it take to ship a product?

10-14 Working days. For special circumstances or urgent delivery, please write to us on info@twopointtwostudio.com and we shall accommodate your request if we can.

Do you ship items globally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping in India, and additional shipping depending on the pincode you shall put. The final price can be seen on the last page of your checkout

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. No returns allowed. All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods. In case of any unconventional circumstance, the customer must write to us at info@twopointtwostudio.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and we must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:

a)Only those items are returned or exchanged that has some manufacturing defect or is completely different from what was ordered.

b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

c) In an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.

Do you do color customization ?

Yes, for solids we can customize the color. Please contact info@twopointtwostudio.com to inquire about the possibility and place your order.
